Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic

Our company produces over 40 various profiles of different geometry and different dimensions. The product line covers round, square, ribbed tubes, channels and I-beam girders, H girders and angles, flooring and a finishing fascia panels.

The colour is continuous throughout the cross-sectional profile interface - no need in additional coloring. If needed glass composite profiles are easily colorable due to the perfect adhesion.

Profiles made by pultrusion process:

• In longitudinal direction stronger then aluminum and some grades of steel 

• Very flexible 

• No limitations on length of profiles 

• High coefficient of “strength - weight” ratio

Processing after production:

• Machining processing (cutting, drilling)

• Painting with acrylic and vinyl paints 

• Application of anti-skid surface

• Cold pressing 

• Gluing with FRP or other materials

• (concrete, metal, wood)
