Refilling Complex for Helicopters and Boats

 

Nowadays the infrastructure of any big city needs helipads for emergency evacuation of injured people, but this is not always feasible. Combining a set of sophisticated technological decisions and ten years of experience, Baltic Floating Structures offers a universal floating refilling complex which besides the helipad  provides a convenient and safe process of  both air and water transport refuelling. In the same time visitors have an opportunity to use services of a convenience store, shower and toilet. The Refilling Complex is also equipped with special elevators – one for fuel-dispensing system, another – for people.

Refilling Complex has the following characteristics:

 

  • Double-walled fuel tank of 120 m3;
  • The station is intended for installation in sea and fresh waters;
  • Possibility to refuel air and water transport with the following fuel types – 100 LL and Jet A for helicopters; 95, diesel fuel, LPG for water transport;
  • The high standards of ecological and fire safety corresponding to all directives of EU;
  • Reinforced concrete hull ensures the maintenance-free operation for 50-70 years;
  • The station has an integrated lightning rod;
  • The Refuelling Complex is installed with anchors or piles;
  • Low FDU zone, for convenient and safe water transport refuelling, as well as minimization of environmental contamination risks;
  • Mini-market, as additional income source;
  • Helipad area of 15 m x 15 m.
